- 012-3.8-pep3149-cygwin.patch: refresh (content moved to different file)
- 900-msysize.patch: refresh, also partially fixed upstream via python/cpython@7f5e3f0

.pc file is broken too, like with mingw edit: I've filed python/cpython#138800 |
