Yesterday we faced similar problem for DB2 database where a "Indoubt Thread" still was alive. |

During shutdown of one of our workers we see
and due to other indications worker looks like to have open transactions.
As BitronixTransactionManager is logging everything on debug (and we have default info loglevel) we did not see anything.
shutdown logging should not be on debug level but info level.
