With hidden exception it is hard to find why driver does not respond with isValid(5) correctly.

example:
java.lang.IllegalAccessException: Class bitronix.tm.resource.jdbc.JdbcPooledConnection can not access a member of class com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerConnectionPoolProxy with modifiers "public"

(IllegalAccessAccessException is fixed with #31 )
