Summary

  • add an initial fixture-driven StateTest harness that parses official-format JSON and runs a curated smoke fixture in ExUnit
  • add official GeneralStateTests fixture import, discovery, and skiplist support so the repo can pull in ethereum/tests state fixtures
  • document the workflow for fetching and running official StateTests locally
