The NBA content site seems to have changed the URL format for each report in late December. URLs now include the minute part of the timestamp. This adds support for that new format while keeping support for the old one for prior dates. What fun.

@airhorns Awesome, thanks for the PR! I reviewed and made some more edits (mainly added more granularity to the format change datetime, now split into three distinct "formats" (legacy 1, legacy 2, current). |
