Release 1.7.4 : Checkout branch nos3#816-RC_1.7.4 (https://github.com/nasa/nos3/tree/nos3%23816-RC_1.7.4)

Provision NOS3 from scratch. Includes new VM and new NOS3 contianer: (Perform following steps)

1. git clone https://github.com/nasa/nos3.git
2. git checkout nos3#816-RC_1.7.4
3. git submodule update --init --recursive
4. vagrant up

Issues to close prior to release:

• Novatel-f-integration #540
• Update OpenC3 to 6.4.0 #723
• Document Constellation Scenario with Lunar focus #819

Confirm nominal nos3 operations, scenarios, and verify major changes, see Pull Requests most recent merges form 08/25-12/25.

Major Changes include: (Recent changes to verify along with normal NOS3 operations)

1. Fprime v4.0 Upgrade
2. Yamcs Update
3. OpenC3 upgrade
4. Docker Version 28.5.2
5. New Nos3 Container
6. New Nos3 VM (provisioning nos3 will create new VM with new Docker version installed)
7. Cis Lunar Scenario
8. Cryptolib Updated Version
9. CFDP with Yamcs (Class 1 and Class 2)
10. Various Scenario Updates for latest NOS3
11. Sim blackboard Vs separate IPC connections
12. Fprime ADCS (note with v4.0 Fprime need to add telemetry in deployment/top/topology.fpp to rate groups to work)
13. Fprime GPS
14. Documentation Updates

Need to confirm:

• Direct Linux
