To build TinyCBOR:

  make

If you want to change the compiler or pass extra compiler flags:

  make CC=clang CFLAGS="-m32 -Oz" LDFLAGS="-m32"

To build json2cbor
Install cjon 
wget http://launchpadlibrarian.net/423963104/libcjson1_1.7.10-1.1_amd64.deb
and then 
dpkg -i libcjson1_1.7.10-1.1_amd64.deb

make system-cjson-pass=1
