ZED Docker Setup

Completed ZED Docker compose setup:

• Docker container with ZED SDK 5.2.3 and ZED Ros2 Wrapper
• Entrypoint that runs the ZEDX Mini launch and publishes all the ros2 topics
• Tegra GPU support

the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable is probably doing more than it needs to so unfortunately I will have to block your PR until it meets the stringent requirements that underwater robotics. We cannot afford the build delay due to the Docker engine processing the extra environment variable.
