Remove override usage from migration file

Description

This PR fixes the Psalm error on CI.

Error: lib/Migration/Version2900Date20250718065820.php:31:4: InvalidAttribute: Attribute Override cannot be used on a function (see https://psalm.dev/242)

The #[Override] attribute has been removed from this migration file. It is not used in other migration files for the same function, and its removal does not affect functionality.

It looks like others are also experiencing this error, which is caused by php-src. Related discussions can be found here: php-src#21460
and vimeo/psalm#11723.
IMO, it’s good to wait until it’s fixed or just skip that line for now.
