Some vite plugin and integrations might register their routes in the dev server. (Example: '/.devtools-vite', '/.devtools', '/__open-in-editor')
This change skips Nitro dev middleware on mounted server paths. (nice idea by @antfu in #3775 (comment) ❤️)
