Description

This PR fixes the issue where section headings were hidden behind the fixed navbar
when navigating using navbar links.

Changes Made

  • Added scroll offset so headings appear below the navbar
  • Improved navigation and readability

I just wanted to kindly follow up on this PR which addresses Issue #426 (section headings being hidden behind the fixed navbar during navigation).

I have implemented the scroll offset fix and tested the changes locally to ensure that headings now appear correctly below the navbar without affecting the existing layout or build configuration.
