Description of Changes

This pull request adds accessibility guidelines to support nursing mothers at conferences and day-long events.

It introduces practical recommendations for:

• Providing clean and secure refrigerator access for breast milk storage
• Offering private, hygienic nursing and pumping spaces (not restrooms)
• Including nursing accommodation options in registration forms
• Clearly communicating available facilities through emails, signage, and event guides
• Training on-site staff to assist respectfully and discreetly

The goal is to remove participation barriers and enable nursing parents to fully engage in conference activities.
