This PR improves the 404 page to make it more welcoming, visually modern, and fully responsive.

Why this change?
The previous 404 page was functional but visually outdated and not mobile-friendly.
This update enhances user experience and keeps the design consistent with the rest of the DISCOVER Cookbook.
Closes #469
