What problem does this PR solve?:
NCN-111620 : Enabling Multus (meta CNI plugin) by default for Nutanix Infra. Currently Multus as an add-on gets installed by default for EKS cluster, the support is now being extended to Nutanix Infra as well as part of the 2.18 Vanguard deliverables.

How Has This Been Tested?:
Created nutanix cluster with the CAREN changes in this PR, verified multus pod/deamonset installation. Also verified that the multus.conf is generated on all the nodes. Moreover, checked if pods are getting the IPs assigned from dedicated primary and secondary CNIs (delegated by multus).
