First time setup

1. Clone the repo using git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/virtual-puppet-project/hugo-PaperMod.git
2. Make sure hugo is installed on your system
3. Run hugo server -D in the repo root
4. Go to localhost:1313

To run anytime after, just repeat steps 3 and 4!
