This cell assigns prompt three times in succession (lines 793‑797), so only the last hat-color change is ever sent to images.edit. The earlier instructions to remove the tree logo and red stripes are overwritten and never executed, which means the table of three different edits below cannot be reproduced by running the cell as written.
