feat: redesign fleet command center

Summary

• redesign Fleet as a denser operator command center with real readiness and owner signals
• extract shared fleet/components/lifecycle helpers and remove duplicated status/UI logic
• establish crabfleet.openclaw.ai as the app/install canonical host while keeping crabfleet.ai on the generic product site
• preserve authenticated legacy API clients and add a credential-safe product-host fallback
• update CLI defaults, deployment config, docs, changelog, and domain convergence
