Adding two small improvements suggested by the colleagues: using only QA for cloudDetection and using sentinel or landsat, not both at the same time.
Next PR: BE mosaic worker that can wait for longer that 30s. Will be very similar to the verifylinks worker, with a queue to handle multiple requests. Only one mosaic worker will exist at the time.
