• Add 20 IMD (India Meteorological Department) Jaipur S-band radar NetCDF files as sample data
• Two complete volumes of 10 sweeps each: JPR220822135253-IMD-B.nc{,.1-.9} and JPR220822140253-IMD-B.nc{,.1-.9}
• Update registry.txt with SHA256 hashes for all 20 files

Motivation

These files are needed as test fixtures for the xradar IMD reader (openradar/xradar#367). The reviewer requested that sample data be hosted in open-radar-data instead of being fetched directly from an external repository.
