The `spec.clusterID` specification is not the same as the `spec.infraID` specification. The `infraID` value identifies cloud infrastructure resources. The hosted cluster's `clusterversion.spec.clusterID` value is a separate identifier for the hosted cluster data plane.

The hosted cluster's clusterversion.spec.clusterID value is a separate identifier for the hosted cluster data plane.

This field (clusterversion.spec.clusterID) actually reflects the HostedCluster CR's spec.clusterID inside the hosted cluster. It is not a separate identifier.
