The hosted cluster's
clusterversion.spec.clusterIDvalue is a separate identifier for the hosted cluster data plane.
This field (clusterversion.spec.clusterID) actually reflects the HostedCluster CR's spec.clusterID inside the hosted cluster. It is not a separate identifier.
