Revert "[release-0.3] RHOBS-1609: Bump rhobs/obs-mcp to v0.1.5"

Reverts #345

To avoid more changes in release branch may be we should have cut a release based out of https://github.com/rhobs/obs-mcp/releases/tag/v0.1.3 which doesn't have dependency bumps and then just include the change rhobs/obs-mcp#131.
