-Add 2 new SIM Bay meshes (CSM 112/113 and 114)
-Add Yagi and dipole antenna meshes for CSM 114
-Add functional subsatellite (CSM 112/113)
-Add 2 versions of Panel 230 & 278 (CSM 112/113 and 114) to 2D Panel
-Cameras and spectrometers are deployable and animated (by panel 230)
-All insrument covers are deployable and animated (by panel 278)
-Yagi antenna is deployed at SIVB separation
-Dipole Antennas are deployable (by panel 230)
-Spectrometers, Dipole Antenna and SubSatellite are "jettisonable"
-Add SIM Bay logic power to panel 181 (required by panels 230 & 278)

Even though it all seems to work well, I would suggest this PR be tabled until the VC gets merged and we start working exclusively on a O24 branch where we can better look at and develop panel code.
