fixed get_peer function in misultin_utility

Previously function could return IpTuple instead of {ok, IpTuple} in case when X-Forwarded-For header was present which conficted in other modules (in example case clause in 628 line in misultin_http)

Thank you for this PR. However, misultin has been discontinued some 3 years ago, as it can be seen from the README.

Oh, it's sad, because this server is much faster than 2 others, i think
that programmers should have choice between different libraries with
different assets.
