Bug: Possible Alpine incompatibility after kubescape bump

Bumping KUBERNETES_KUBESCAPE_VERSION to 3.0.46 may break Alpine-based images at runtime if the kubescape binary (or its dependencies) is now built against a newer glibc (release notes mention Debian 13 images), making gcompat insufficient and causing kubescape execution failures in the KUBERNETES_KUBESCAPE linter.
