Thanks , I would like to add a git blame ignore revs for this formatting change.

Can u look into https://akrabat.com/ignoring-revisions-with-git-blame/ and see if it works for you.
I'm also looking to add a simple GitHub action which check formatting, but it maybe better to do it in this pr do that the check passes.
