This package is a collection of code used to implement a multi-channel
  SID (Sudden Ionospheric Disturbance) receiver using an audio card, and
  Gnu Radio.

Buid/install summary

make -f Makefile.sidsuite
make -f Makefile.sidsuite install

It installs itself in $HOME/bin, which you had better already have in place.
