feat: Update staging docs with latest prerelease versions #4893

A handful of my PRs merged a couple weeks ago, within these releases:
- Component groups - 6.4.0-prerelease.8
- Catalog view - 6.3.0-prerelease.2
- Topology - 6.5.0-prerelease.3
- ChatBot - 6.5.0-prerelease.20
- Data view - 6.4.0-prerelease.6
- Design tokens - 1.14.6
I left a couple comments to bump catalog view and design tokens in this PR.
For the others in this list, the versions you're bumping to are more recent & seemingly should include my changes, but I'm not actually seeing them applied via this PR's preview link. For ex - I expect to see /extensions/topology/overview, but I'm still seeing /extensions/topology/about-topology.
I still have a limited understanding of the release process, so ignore me if this doesn't matter & will self-correct! Just wanted to be sure I called it out
