…file used to create the egg archive did not contained the correct functionality for HMAC validation. Due to this the HMAC validation was failing when making transaction requests. This commit includes the functionality in the right place.

When running the 'python setup.py install' the http_authorization.py file used to create the egg archive did not contained the correct functionality for HMAC validation. Due to this the HMAC validation was failing when making transaction requests. This commit includes the functionality in the right place.
