Add update URLs and Java 25 to all applicable eggs

Description

A lot of eggs have inconsistencies so I have used a script to update these eggs. Therefore these haven't all been exported from the panel but a handful I selected have worked without issues. It will be clear that changes are minimal so don't need to be rigorously tested.

• A lot of eggs were missing an update_url so I have filled these in.
• A lot of eggs used the old "pterodactyl" yolk url so I have updated these.
• A lot of eggs were missing Java 25 which is required in 26.1, added these to those who are likely to need it (Fabric, Forge, Vanilla etc)

This PR does clash with #114

You could use the /pelican-eggs/ yolks and also download the eggs from your panel to update the export_date

I fixed the yolks when I realised I did the wrong replace lol.

Also I could but it's a 100+ eggs...

If you did anything, setting them all to the same exported_at value is better than nothing.
