Auto-snapshot of /workspace/megaplan from the cloud chain. Updated by recurring 2h check-in. Contents now include sprint-0-spike-report.md and the spike's throwaway store/PlanRepository code. Will be replaced once chain is upgraded to per-phase auto-push (commit d6753a6+ deployed).
