…es + the installer fix The July-7 cut named only build-strategy-facets + delta-drain, but the tag would ship everything merged since (the 1.12.0/1.17.0 amend precedent for an unpublished version): - rich add-method/CHANGELOG.md 1.18.0 entry expanded — headline: the six-phase loop (8->6 merge, bundle-disclosed guides, persona presets, build-entry spec echo), plus expectations-first, plan-legibility, quality-floors, risk-proportional-ceremony, three-phase-flow, add-bench + add-bench-v2, add-lean-loop; the installer .claude/agents data-loss fix under Fixed; ceremony-to-effort/call-floor features disclosed as included with milestones open on measurement criteria. Original facets/delta-drain prose kept verbatim (the forward-pin anchors). - thin ledger row un-recorded, then `add.py release 1.18.0 --force --with-waivers` re-recorded ONE complete row: 11 milestones + loose prune-benchmark-deadweight; 10 open SPEC deltas ride forced (fold review pending, human-owned); 2 signed non-security waivers disclosed. Release tests 25/25 green (forward-pin anchors held) · add.py check 807/0. Expands the unpublished 1.18.0 (1.12.0/1.17.0 amend precedent): rich changelog headline = six-phase loop; one complete RELEASES.md row (11 milestones, waivers disclosed, 10 open SPEC deltas ride --force pending the human fold review). Release tests 25/25, check 807/0. After merge: ready to tag v1.18.0.
