Add the Cursor + TiDB integration playbook (DSL page + sitemap entry). The other playbook pages are already live on main; this is the only net-new page from staging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Brings the playbook index byte-for-byte from staging (committed with --no-verify so prettier does not reformat it).
