Replaces the inline lint and zizmor jobs with a single checks caller that delegates to posit-dev/images-shared. Pre-commit, zizmor, and lychee link checking are all included via the shared workflow.
Points at the worktree-lychee-link-checking branch instead of main to test the workflow before it merges. Revert this commit once posit-dev/images-shared#625 is merged.
The configuration appendix URL was missing the .html extension. .lycheeignore excludes the fixed URL and support.posit.co, both of which fail lychee with 404/403 in CI.
