What does this PR do?
Add configuration and documentation to allow debugging of premake scripts from VSCode.
If it would be better to add debug settings and documentation changes to a separate PR, I will do so.
How does this PR change Premake's behavior?
When running the test script from VSCode, Add module loading process for
local lua debuggerat the beginning of the premake test script.Anything else we should know?
There is still a problem with premake test script execution where debugging pauses at the first exception raised in the test script.
Pressing the F5 key again will execute the rest of the script, but the cause of this problem is not known.
