The Prisma 8 RC1 roadmap (from projects/prisma-8-rc1/roadmap.md) moves to the repo root, replacing the March-era phase document wholesale — with it go the stale phase statuses, the "compatibility layer" claim (the parallel-install story is the real answer), and the bare "LTS" wording (now: Prisma 7 is maintained — bug fixes — for 12 months from 8.0.0 final).
