• Update Tailwind CSS 4.1.17 → 4.1.18, motion 12.23.25 → 12.33.0
• Update Supabase 2.86.2 → 2.95.3, TanStack Query 5.90.12 → 5.90.20
• Update Biome 2.3.8 → 2.3.14, lucide-react 0.556.0 → 0.563.0
• Update simple-icons 16.1.0 → 16.7.0, commitlint 20.2.0 → 20.4.1
• Migrate framer-motion imports to motion/react (4 components)
• Migrate @radix-ui/react-icons to lucide-react (3 components)
• Fix next-themes import path (dist/types → root export)
• Remove 12 unused dependencies: @headlessui/react, @heroicons/react,
  @radix-ui/react-icons, @radix-ui/react-navigation-menu, @svgr/webpack,
  critters, dompurify, framer-motion, gray-matter, hamburger-react,
  react-card-flip, react-inlinesvg, zustand
• Move @biomejs/biome, @types/react, @types/react-dom, postcss to devDeps
• Remove unused MemoizedSVG component
• Clean up globals.css: remove duplicate CSS variable definitions
• Remove experimental optimizeCss (required removed critters dep)
• Remove unused firstInRow prop from ProjectCard
• Clean up biome.json: enable VCS/gitignore, remove monorepo patterns
• Fix lint issues: unused catch var, biome-ignore placeholder, a11y
