Several of it's points were already covered in 'Using the issue tracker,' additionally several were quite general and helpful (not just to people migrating from BPO) so I moved them there for everyone to enjoy. I made a few little wording tweaks along the way, but I tried to avoid any major content changes in this PR.
It has been several years since our migration now and I think this page has served its purpose. For now, I think we can leave it as an
:orphan:. This preserves links to it and its content, but doesn’t unnecessarily expand the section. This section was similarly dropped in the planned contrib guide refactor.
