- Added debug option to pyqlikengine to facilitate tracing of API errors - Added possibility to use diferent root CA. - Added user group as optional payload on JWT. - Add expiration to JWT. Fix: Websocket and JWT compatible with python 3.7 -- tested with 2020 QlikSense.

Had some issues when qlik returned more than one response to the connection/authentication frames. Added a quick fix for this situation.
Added 4 API commands:
SelectMatch - to Field API;
GetProperties - to Generic Object API;
GetHypercubePivotData - to Generica Object API;
ExtendLeft - to Generic Object API.
