Summary

Add device support for Qualcomm device usb composition: 0x9146 - RNDIS + DIAG + QDSS + DPL + DUN + NMEA + ADB

Change Description

Added corresponding device install entries and name description in filter, qdss, and serial driver.

Validation

Not applicable. Need to be verified by device holder.

yes, we should do that. @5656hcx chenxi, not only just adding this PID but also update the missing PID's and align it with windows infs

Does linux driver still use inf parser?

Does linux driver still use inf parser?

yes currently we have the dependency on Infparser.
