Remodel, retexture, animate, and add sounds for the M877 chronometer

This PR adds a new, essentially from the ground up M877 chronometer found on the Twin Otter. It adds the following:

• Add new higher-resolution textures for the M877 chronometer #45
  • SEL button
  • CTL button
  • Clock digits / font face
  • Clock faceplate
  • Screws
• Add higher resolution model of the M877 chronometer #47
  • SEL button
  • CTL button
• Add button press sound effects for the M877 chronometer #46
• Add button press animations for the M877 Chronometer #36
• SEL button
• CTL button
