…udit Resolves RUSTSEC advisories in rustls-webpki (via ureq 2.x -> rustls 0.23.18) and the unmaintained number_prefix warning (via indicatif 0.17). Switches ureq's TLS to rustls + platform-verifier and migrates the two call sites to the ureq 3 API.
