Addressing various playback issues

Below issues are addressed in this PR:

1. Subtitle loss when rewind to the beginning of tsb and playing from start
2. AV freeze is seen randomly when rewind reaches beginning of tsb
3. Play Live - Rewind to beginning of tsb, auto play will start, now ff to live. AV freeze at live edge - Random issue
4. Perform Rewind in live, then press PLAY - AV freeze randomly
5. While triggering 2 and 6x in VOD DAI assets, AV freeze seen sometimes, with proper trick play icon on ui
6. Rewind is not happening properly in VOD - sometimes jumping to beginning, someftimes freeze etc
