[PHP 8.5] rename NestedToPipeOeratorRector to SequentialAssignmentsToPipeOperatorRector, handle only assigns, not nested calls#7588

- avoid chain call transformation in PipeOperator, as less readable and rather verbose
- rename NestedToPipeOeratorRector to SequentialAssignmentsToPipeOperatorRector
