Forward reporting dir

Purpose of this PR

REMIND run directories may contain a reporting dir with additional data (e.g. dumped between iterations) that could be relevant to the climate assessment pipeline. In particular we need to forward it to reportEmiForClimateAssessement for compatibility reasons
