src/oauth.rs, the OAuth integration test assumes the grants list is empty, so it can fail based on pre-existing external account state rather than actual endpoint behavior; merging as-is mainly risks flaky CI and noisy failures, not a product regression — relax the assertion to validate expected grant presence/shape instead of strict emptiness before merging.
