A preprocessor to enable quick and easy creation and loading of the most common truss types that exist. This is meant to be easily extensible (contributions welcome!) but is not meant to be 100% comprehensive. The goal is ease for the most common cases, not universal applicability for every truss or loading or crazy geometry possible.
Next up: similar functionality for continuous beams.
