Follow-up on #2828 : The side condition must be
X <Int 2^numbitsnot (X <=Int ...).Also added a length constraint on the
NULLBYTESto equal the byte length of the#bufresult.Also found and removed a json file from this test suite that must have been committed by accident in May and kept changing on every run.
