ClawHub requires the uploaded package version to be higher than the current listing (v0.4.3). Bumps
claw.json+ SKILL.md frontmatter0.3.2→0.4.4so the pending re-upload (post-#52 content fixes: noexecute_send, corrected descriptions) goes through.
