This software package provides state and national level estimates of Differentiating Infected from Vaccinated Animals (DIVA) along with other measures. This also predicts the state and national level DIVA positive animal numbers. The DIVA estimators are developed for two-stage random sampling, whwre the staes are the primary sampling units and the animals are the secondary sampling units.
