This should be fully backwards compatible with older beam versions besides the ability of task filter to filter by proxy id which I plan to add back in a future commit.

FYI @TKussel I also did some drive by cleanups most notably removing one full body clone in the broker. I don't expect that to make a huge perf diffrence but might still be interesting for your benchmarking.
